Need a Fix for Your Boba?
We’re sorry to hear that! If your drink didn’t meet expectations, email us at bobabaecafe907@gmail.com on the same day of your visit. Include your order details with receipt # and share what went wrong so we can make it right.

Online Orders: Missed Pickup
Orders placed online are made fresh and cannot be held for long periods. If an order isn’t picked up within an hour, we’re unable to provide a refund or remake. We appreciate your understanding as our drinks are perishable and prepared just for you.
